My case is from October 23rd and we still haven't heard back with a NOA2. Just have to be patient. We have our congressman involved he hasn't heard back, service requests that went unanswered. I was told ours was in resolution stage back in June and in two weeks we would hear back. Two weeks go by I call and was told by a tier 2 that was confidential and I wasn't supposed to be told that. Called yesterday and the tier two person said in 13 days we will be outside of normal processing times. Waiting since March I wouldn't be considered. It's frustrating being in October seeing November, December and January cases going through
