  1. So I have everything ready to be sent off. When it's sent off and if God is at my side all works out, I get the interview in the Consulate and pass that and finally get to the states and Marry. Is there another interview with both myself and my fiancee?

I read somewhere that sometimes there is and sometimes there's not. Can someone clear this up for me please??

Thank you all for all your help :)

  2.

Well just give what you currently has with you. If there will be an RFE then all you needed is to explain why you don't have it anymore. But it will be best if you can find your passport just in case they will insist you to provide one. You may include your itenerary in case you can't find your boarding passes. Your luggage tags can be an evidence along with your itenerary as what I believe there's a code included. But anyway let's hope all the evidences you provided is enough for them to be convinced that you actually seen her lately. Good Luck again! ;)

I will be including the itinerary for both visits anyway. I never thought of the luggage tags. I'll add them also.

Question with regards to address. On the cover note or letter of intent for marriage, I'm trying to figure out what address to use.

Is it the lockbox I'll be sending the application to or local office?

    So is it

United States Department of Homeland Security

    U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

    P.O. Box 660151, Dallas, TX 75266

    Or

United States Department of Homeland Security

    U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

4475 South Coach Drive, Tucson, AZ 85714

    Thanks :)

  3. Being denied a tourist visa because they believe you had immigrant intent had no impact on getting a K-1 visa. The K-1 visa has immigrant intent, so having immigrant intent is not a reason to deny a K-1.

    Thank you :)

If you were denied B2 multiple times, it wont affect your K1 application whatsoever! They surely can deny you for asking to visit the US but, def cant deny you to join your family unless if you have a criminal record!

    Thank you :)

There's no reason of k1 denial due to b2 denial. You didn't hid your intent to visit your girlfriend and that was your reason when you applied for one. :)

For the evidences I guess what I read from your statements, you've got enough. Just don't forget to include your board passes and passport copy of entry/exit passes. That is one if the most relevant evidence that they are looking for too.

If you've got family pictures together, make sure to include that too! Even photos with friends. As what I've learned from here it's what is important too.

Well as what you've told everything ready to be sent today, let's hope everything goes smooth and good luck!

    Thank you very much.

I have the boarding passes from the return flight only. The first trip I lost them and the ones on the way out there, I'm not sure if I still have them over in America, will ask. My passport, I lost it :( I'm hoping to find it before I go to the interview or will request a new one. Hopefully that's okay?

Hi, the only thing I can share u is about the b2 denial.. I did apply last year 2x and both were denied. when I went to my interview few weeks ago, feb 11', 2015 to be exact.. They brought up the question about my b2 application, the first (Filipino consul) said, 'oh so u applied for a b2 visa'? I honestly told her yes ma'am I did, 2x and got denied. So I didn't know that she put a lil note (yellow sticky note) on my application, so when I got interviewed by the American consul, he saw the note on my application.. He then again asked me the same question, and I gave him the same answer, I thought I was gonna be denied coz it took him a while and told me that he will just have to check something on the computer about my b2 visa application, well anyway to cut it short.. He smiled at me and said 'ok your visa is approved' ... So all I wanted to say is relax, ur b2 visa denial will not affect ur k1 visa application (not unless u told them lies) when u were applying for the b2 visa.. So just be HOnEST I'm telling you they would know if ur lying. Good luck with ur journey :) i know how it feels been there.. But it's a fun journey, just enjoy the ride :)) goodluck

    Excellent, thank you :)

Same thing here. B2 visa denied twice and at the US embassy they asked me if I was denied a visa in the past, I said 'yes' and they said 'Oh yes I see your B2 denied, thats ok, your K1 is approved!'

    Be honest!

    Good luck!

    Thanks very much.

    Fingers crossed :)

  4. I was worried about this same thing, and while I'm not finished with the process yet, I have been assured by many folks here, and even a State Department liaison that this would not be the case. Maybe if you'd applied from a "high risk" country (which yours most certainly isn't) in January for a B2, and denied, then applied in February for a K1, for someone you'd just met in December with little evidence of a real relationship....ok, maybe that's a red flag (that could look like a scam of some sort).

For you, and basically most of the rest of us, it'll look like what it is...that you wanted to visit your girlfriend/fiance and they said no. Circumstances in your life changed and now you're looking not to visit but to live...hence the K1. We went for a B2 so that he could visit me here even though we knew that there was basically zero shot at getting one. We had many reasons for doing this, the largest of which is that I was not 100% comfortable with basically asking him to make a really huge decision without having all the information available---ie, never having visited the US. Again, total outside chance but we figured that it was better to try than to not try so that down the road if things get rocky, we'll always know that we did our best to be responsible and fair in making this commitment and that really it's just the government that got in the way. If for any reason this comes up in his (and your) K1 interview, just explain it. But I doubt it'll even be a blip.

Thank you for the reassurance, I was very worried about that. Firstly good luck in your progress, I do wish it works out well :). Secondly may I ask, how far are you into your process. My Fiancee and I will be sending ours off in about two weeks - three weeks time.

  5. You are welcome and keep us posted.

Sorry, do you mind if I ask about the G-325A expiration date? Is that okay as it's out of date on the 28th of this month? Do I just need to print off one copy for me and the other for my Fiancee.

Also with area's that don't need to be filled like past marriage, do I have to put None in every box, so do I need every single box on the form filled with something, like None or N/a..?

    Thanks

  6. LOL.

My husband and I talked on Skype hours and hours and we emailed each other back and forth, no facebook - my husband does not have an account, I do :content: -. But the CO did not even looked at the evidence I brought to the interview. We only met at once and my I-129F was approved in 38 days without RFE at TSC. You should be good with these documentation.

    Thank you very much :)

  7. Don't worried about it. As long as you can prove that your relationship is real, if I were you, I won't sweat over that.

Don't know how else to prove it's real, lol.

We email everyday, but don't talk much about love. We have screenshots of emails, Skype video, FB messages. Our own personal letters. We were asking a neighbor to write an affidavit about our relationship. I don't want it to be OTT.

With proof, I've the itinerary and photos of us from both visits. Three original plan stubs on the return flight, I lost the ones from the first visit and the flight out to America. I also lost my passport which I've requested another one, so don't have the stamp. I'm sure this shouldn't be an issue though.

    Hopefully, lol.

  8. B-2 denial won't affected your K-1 visa application. I was denied B-2 visa back in 2010 and on the letter it says," filed petition for K1 visa".

The reason I was denied was because I just arrived back from America, my fiancee's mother had a stroke as I was on the plane. When I told the interviewer I wanted to be there for moral support, this along with the fact my fiancee was sponsoring me, the interviewer believed I was going to be a live in carer for my fiancee's mother and getting paid for it. Sure the mother doesn't even live with my Fiancee. Tried to explain but the interviewer had little interest.

I just don't want it to look like because we couldn't get the B2 were trying for the K1. Don't want to give them any reasons they don't need, lol.

  9. 1. no

    2. yes

    3. two pages is too much. A sentence or a paragraph would do.

    4. too much, but nothing wrong with it.

    5. not needed

    Thank you for your reply.

I've adjusted 34.a for the small paragraph in my original post and added what was originally written into it's own letter from my Fiancee. I have one which I'll tweak also.

Application is just about ready to go.

  10. Hello all, this is my first time using this site and can see a lot of very intelligent people with great experience here. So maybe you can help me please.

I knew my Fiancee since October 2011, we met in May 2013 for three weeks and then again in October 2014 for three months. While I was there I applied for the B2 visa so I could stay longer personal issues with my Fiancee and her son. When I returned to Ireland, the B2 interview didn't go well, couldn't prove I had ties to Ireland.

Being separated from my Fiancee and her son is too much so were applying for the K1 now.

Documentation, I moved between emails and deleted FB through the years, so as for FB and Email messages we had them from May 2013.

So I have a few questions please if you don't mind.

1: Will the B2 have an issue on the decision of the K1, decision was made a month ago.

2: With regards to personal photos to include, we have loads in May 2013, but the three months, we have like 4 - 5, I wasn't in a best place of mind so didn't want photos taken of me. The handful of photos are with me, her and her son. Is that okay?

3: With regards to the 34a, we both made the mistake of writing out a two page essay, is the following okay?

"I,******* ******** knew ******** ******** from October 2011 and we both met a total of two times since May 2013. Once in May 2013 - June 2013 for three weeks and the other in October 2014 - January 2015 for three months."

4: We were going to write out maybe one to two pages each of a personal statement on how we knew each other and when we met, what we did and such. Is that okay or too much? I'd rather have the right amount so they don't want to ask too many questions or look for more info.

5: Is it okay including an affidavit of witness from a neighbor who confirms we are an item?

6: The G-325A form states it's out of date on the 28th of Febuary 2015. When will they update the forms or can we just use the ones there?

7: A layout of the cover note is as follows. Is all okay?

    To Whom It May Concern:

Enclosed please find my Form I-129F, Petition for K-1 Fiancé Visa for ******* ******* and supporting documents.
