  1. It could be both. It sounds like your L-visa file was incomplete. If you have a common name then additional background checks are often done.

    good luck

Thank you for your reply. I feel i have come last name that is "SYED". just 20 days back before our L1B visa interview my wife attended the B2 visa and she got the visa for B1/B2 for 10 years and we had put as my old B1/B2 as a reference document saying that she is joining me for the trip to USA for 8 days. I didn't had any problem during entry to USA recently for couple of times using my B1/B2 visa.

Do you think even i dont have any issues as mentioned above still they do the additional background checks.

Does anyone help me here please

One more thing she didn't mentioned to me that she is giving me the endorsed I-129s after the interview and she silently gave back with other papers and i came to know after i come out of embassy.

  2. I do not understand your post but as far as what happens well you get a visa if you supply what they want or you do not.

Sounds likely you were badly prepped by the lawyer.

I can explain little more, I am an Indian recently obtained PR in Sweden (as i worked for 4 years in Sweden). on 18th feb 2015 i attended the visa interview(as i am employee of big automotive company) for my L1B visa along with my spouse and child. At the end of the interview VO gave me the white paper written as 221g and asked me to submit the CV in word format( in that CV i need to furnish all the details about my education, experiences, names of my father, mother and spouse, my previous visits to US and also to other countries for last 5 years. ) ,along with that document she also gave me back TWO copies of I-129s which is endorsed as approved as specialized knowledge and validity dates for 5 years i,e until 2015 to 2020.

VO kept all the passports and said once they get the CV my "visa application process with starts",

I want to know weather its a just a missing document or further check will be done.

  3. Hello

Recently i had applied for L1B blanket visa in US embassy Sweden ,the questions are very basic and she gave me the 221g asking me to submit CV in WORD included references, education, experience and travels for last five years to USA and also other countries. She also gave back 2 copies of I-129s forms along with 2 sets of blanket petition and in that she stated as approved as specialized knowledge and written the valid dates for 5 years. (that's strange normally it should be 3 years as my attorney says) and she endorsed her stamp without sign or initials. (is this need to sign or write initials). Now the status is in necessary addtional adminstration processing .

Can please some one explain what might have happened.
