Hello,
My fiancé is a US citizen, I am foreigner however I lived in the US from the age of two until I was 18. I was 18 and 7 months when I left the US. My parents came to the US legally, but stayed past their b1 visa. They did file taxes the whole time living in the US.
I just had my K1 interview last week, the consular had requested a different security clearance which I sent. However, today I received a call asking for proof of payment to the public schools I attended while living in the US. I was just a minor when I attended and I am now 28. I've been out of the US for ten years. Do they want proof my parents paid taxes the whole time I attended school? I am confused. I am not sure where to proceed from here. I never thought they would request that.

Hello,
I have been in administrative processing for the last six months. Today, I received a call to come in on August 4th, 2015. The man calling did not specify whether it was an interview or not and only told me to bring my passport. I have never heard of this happening. Anyone have any advice or experience on this? I am feeling quite nervous. Any feedback would appreciated.
Thank you.
