I will be filling for a K1 visa for my fiancee from Vietnam to come to the USA for us to get married.

My fiancee has a 10 year old daughter from a previous marriage. I will be applying for K2 visa for the daughter. What immigration forms should I fill up and what are the child documents I should provide the immigration people?

Hello everyone, I am new to this very interesting and helpful forum and I am putting together a K 1 visa dossier together.

Has any one noticed that the Form G-325 A Biographic Information is expiring on February 28 2015? I went on the USCS website and i could not find the updated or the latest G-325 A. Please help and you all's assistance is greatly appreciated.
