  1. Iam 204 days stuck at TSC and not sure if I am still sound of mind lol

Same story here , my wife filed i130 for

Me on 30 sept 2014, stuck at tsc and no noa 2 yet

Case was transfered to new office on 10 april and then again transfered back to tsc on 13 april.

I dont know what is happening.

  2. If you contacted the National Customer Service Center with a case-related inquiry and more than 30 days have passed and you have not received a response, you may email the appropriate USCIS Service Center with your inquiry:

Make sure to include your e request number in the mail. Failing this means no reply.

I dont know any other way to get status of your e request. but i personally i prefer calling.

    Thank you for the info,

Hi Nick123 we are in the same situation, I filled my form on sept 2014, and they transfered my case in January 2015, then they recieved the file in a local office since then my case is stuck for almost 3 months!!, i dont have any idea whats going on...I send an e-inquiry too about a month ago...but nothing happens..just still waiting...and this is killing me!!!

Tsc sucks !! Are u also at tsc ?

  3. Hey guys iam a bit confused.

I got an email from uscis on 10 th april that my i130 has been transfered to another uscis office from TSC And again got same email on april 13.

I just checked that my case was again routed back to TSC ( april 13 email )

What is uscis doing by transfering the case from tsc to another office and then again transfering it back to tsc.

Did it happen to anyone else ?

  4. The 3rd one says the office recieved it and thats a good sign. You should call USCIS ask to talk to a Tier2, my husband did it like 4 times we couldnt ever see our case online until it got approved. And it tooks 5 months and 21 days. 172 days I was in Nebraska.

No here is the problem, none of them say recieved at current office

All 3 updates say ' the. Case has been transfered to another office '

  5. Thanks you.. Best wishes to all of yoy.

Hoping to have my interview in July or August.NVC in getting case complete 30 days after affidavit of support. Sending my AOS and IV package on Thursday. So happyyyy

Yeah hope you have your interview by july but doesnt seems the same for me. I got 3 status updates stating my case has been transfered to another office.

I hope 1st one is when they actually make a decision to transfer

2nd update when they actually mail the documents and 3rd when the other offce recieves it.

Do u have any idea about it ?

  6. It is a good sign I have read when they transfer a case it is about 2 weeks or 3 for you to get ur Approval. But staying in the same service center was going to delay ur approval even more. It is very commun they transfering cases when the are out of processing time.

Good luck hope next week you have your approval,

Thank you so much for the wishes.

I hope it works out that way. I will throw a party for my vj friends if that happens ?

  7. Hi Sheri,

Don't get frustrated. Unfortunately the process is very slow. I have Sept 23 PD and still no updates from USCIS. I call once each week and get the same script that my application is still within normal processing timelines. I've called Friday and got the same thing, they said wait couple more weeks. I've asked multiple times for them to submit a service request but they said system won't allow it.So, needless to say all we can do now is just to 'wait'.

Hope we'll all hear some good news soon!

Cant we submit service request ourselves on uscis website. It has a erequest option. Why dont you try that ,?

  8. Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone here has done the Green Card process, twice?

I had a GC through marriage, then moved back overseas, now we are considering a move back to the U.S... So because it has been over a year I have 'abandoned my LPR status'. I'm just wondering of any experiences or any advice with how it all worked out for you the second time? Were there any issues with previously holding a GC?

    Thanks !

Iam in the same boat. Got gc in 2011 and moved back without renewing my card. Had some issues with my wife.

Never divorced but our relations again became good last year so filed i130 for me last september, still no NOA2

    Are u still married ?

  9. There is all sorts of problems here.

Why would you file the I-485 and leve? That makes no sense since leaving voids the I-485.

In addition, entering the U.S. on a non immigrant visa with the intent to adjust by filing the I-485 is illegal.

My friend had this case, he had to come back due to some urgent problem in his house .

Anyways thank you so much, appretiate it
