    My family’s case has been under administrative processing for 19 months, and the embassy has held their passports during this time. Recently, the case status changed from “Refused” to “Ready” for about a week, but there haven't been any further updates. Does anyone know what this means? If anyone has had a similar experience or understands what this might signal in the process, I would appreciate any insights or advice!
