  1. Did anybody send their documents into the embassy ? My wife has an interview date for nov.3 so im guessing the documents have to be there by oct.27. But the earliest appointment we got for the medical was oct.27. Do they give you the medical exam report after your done at the hospital ? Or can you submit all the documents except for the medical and then submit it after you get it ? Anybody go through this already ? As you guys know its been a long time and I don't want any mistakes to make it longer.

Documents should be dropped off at the embassy 1-2 weeks before the interview date. you can call the authorized physician and ask for an earlier appointment.

The doctor gives you the medical exam report sealed, so wait until you get it and turn all of your documents in together 1-2 weeks before interview.

  2. I called Alnahda office today and told them that we want you to write a letter to the Ambassador and put our names on it and the girl said you have to get tge owner permission and he's gonna be there tomorrow morning.

I will go tomorrow morning and talk to him and if any of you guys wanna meet me there tomorrow and go with me which is better, let me know.

It's a letter to the ambassador or the consulate through aramex so it's a mail and the mail doesn't go through filtering

  3. Guys the other day I asked Alnahda Office and they said there are more than 100 cases waiting for interviews, so am gonna go today to them and ask them to write a letter to the Ambassador and consulate and make all the people waiting sign on that letter. and all of us have to sign on that letter and then mail it to the Ambassador.

I swear to god am pissed off i cant even sleep

  4. This guy is the one in charge

call the consular section and ask for him. his name IAN HOPPER

lets call them all of us,

lets tweets on their posts whether our comments belong to their posts or not

lets comments on their facebook posts whether our comments belong to their posts or not

and if we can all gather and write a letter to the embassy and mail it through Aramex

    come on guys

    lets do it

find out a way to gather our an and write that letter one to the consular section and one to the Ambassador

  5. What if u already had a visitor visa before applying? It was never cancelled on the passport so would you be able to travel under it? I emailed the embassy and they gave a weird reply first but when I told them they didnt answer the question they said you could travel with a visa but arent promised an entry from the border control.which is a chance for any type of visa a 50/50 chance of entry..

But we are so affraid of taking the chance of the long flight and being rejected entry to the US because of the pending status... Its just been so long and there arent any other options!!I

I think if you have not filed the petition yet, your chances of being denied entry will be less unless the officer at the point of entry figured out that you are married to a U.S citizen then he will deny your entry because you are still on a visitor visa.

  6. Plus you need to know guys that issuance a non-immigrant visa does not guarantee entrance in the U.S. the customes and border protection has the authority to allow or deny entry of some one. You guys will be in the system as an immigrant applicants and if you have a non immigrant visa they might think that you gonna stay and not coming back and deny your entry as a non immigrant status.

  7. if your spouse has a job or house is the only thing I can think of maybe saying that you have done it the legal way and just want a visitors visa to visit while your waiting and that you'll return to do the interview is the only thing I can think of that you can say . Honestly I'm trying to change the country at this point I'm done trying with stupid jordan .

Actually i was thinking about that, but where and how we can go?? because I know that you have to be a resident of that country you wanna transfer the case to.

  8. Your allowed to the chances are slim to get it is only the issue .

I agree with you Morganalmonshid94 , I asked about that and we can apply but they not going to issue a visitor visa since we have an immediate relative petitioned for us and our case is completed and just waiting for the interview. So it does not make sense to them. and they gonna rely on 214b of the INA ( that you have to have a strong ties here in Jordan so they guarantee you going to come back while one of the strongest ties is your spouse who is in the U.S.).

Am not saying that they will never give a visit visa, they might but how you can show them you have a strong ties here???!!

I hope today we all get an interview appointments so we stop thinking that way and travel to our soulmates very soon.
