I'm really sorry to hear that everyone has been receiving the interview waivers. Thankfully we've received a notice today that our interview has been scheduled for the end of April. I wish the best of luck to all of you and hope that you also receive the same notice soon!

Just received the EAD card =) hooray!

similar timeline...still nothing for me:(..when did you receive an update?
I know it's pretty disheartening to see all of these updates and be stuck in "limbo", but hang in there! I received the update this afternoon via e-mail, I signed up for an USCIS account to avoid going on the website fifteen times a day.

Yup, you can check out my timeline on my profile. I did have an RFE. Thanks

Good news everyone! Just received my card production notice!
On February 20, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXX, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. -
No news yet, I didn't file for AP since I imagined it would probably delay it. But from what I can see here that's not the case... oh well!

Maybe a stupid question but.. Do you guys think it's possible that after the status of my case changed to "Ready to schedule for an interview", USCIS can send us request of additional evidence for affidavit of support. Cause we didn't Mail any letters from employer just tax returns and w2s
When I applied for citizenship they sent me an RFE two weeks before my interview stating that I should bring extra documents to the interview (driver's license, etc). So that's the most it can happen. For your AOS, if your tax returns and W2s meet all the criteria you don't really need a letter from your employer, I only included it because my salary changed.

Yeah, I'm hoping that they don't push us back to the end of the line because of this...
On February 4, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxx. Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by April 5, 2015, unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

what's your RFE about? Finger Crossed
My RFE was because I did not include my tax transcript, only my W-2 and a letter from my Employer stating my yearly wage. I now included the transcript I got from the IRS website and so far haven't received anything (no news is good news I hope!) How about yours?

littleitaly and Hiroshi, we are on the same boat. RFE was received February 4th, no reply since then. Hopefully we'll hear something soon.

Hey guys, little late to the party here but I sent the AOS for my wife on December 19, her biometrics were done on January 21 and now we're waiting to hear about the EAD. We received a request for evidence regarding our tax transcripts (I only sent them a W2) which they received on February 4. Hopefully we receive our card and our interview gets scheduled soon!

Hello everyone!
Our interview was this afternoon and everything went well. They asked us to come in separately and then proceeded to ask me questions about our relationship (how we've met, etc). Then, after providing a few additional proof of marriage (tax returns, bank account statement) he called my wife in and made questions related to what he had previously asked. Once that was done he stamped our card and not 15 minutes later we already had an e-mail saying that our card was being manufactured.
I wish all of you good luck on this journey, and I know everything will go well for you as well.
Thanks
