The lawyer told me to dig and find anything we can, letters with the same address, from all the places we lived, w2 with same address on, letters and cards from people. We found the insurance of the engagement ring with the cost, date and signiture and address.

We recently went on vacation so Will include the plane tickets.

Do you think its too late to get a joint bank account? We agrred on keeping finances separate since my husband has many student loans and bad credit, and I am just starting to build credit. So basically my credit would be the only good chance of getting a morgage approved.

on top of all the main docs, we sent, car insurance , contract of purchase of a car on both names with both signatures, another car insurance, phone plan and bill together, 5 letters from family and friends , one of wich we shared house with, many photos, gym membership together. Lease of the house where we live now, and drivers license with same address on.

what we are missing is a joint bank account and a lease for the first years we shared homes.

No it does not show on online status. It says: you provided some evidence of marital bona fides, however the documentation is insufficient. They ask for funds or financial obligations, joint owner ships, joint responsabilities for liabilities, communal residence.

We did sent the lease we have now, but no lease from the past.

The problem is that we do not have this stuff. We are yound and when I moved in with him we were still dating, he was sharing a house with friends, got married and we stayd there... only in the past year we managed to rent an apt of our own, and start building credit etc etc.

i am collecting every medical bill, w2, bank statement that states we lived together. Even a medical bill in which I sign him for emergency conant. Don t know what else. I called a lawyer.

That is stange, extension letter number should work. Same thing I tried all of them before figuring out what they wanted.

On the website It sais they re working on June now, and from what I ve read, officers have been telling people they ll hear something on the 18th ..... So adding up all the little info we have (and hopefully relevant )... Fingers crossed we should hear something very Briefly...

Then again every case is different. Bla bla . But lets be positive. Fingers crossed guys!!
