I would like to inform you that finally I got an email from consulate for the interview date which is going to be by the end of this week Thank God ,I don't know if they have changed the rules or not because this time when I sent a mail to the cairo consulate they replied me with an automatic mail for frequently asked questions in the email they mentioned this " Note: If your question is not answered in our FAQs, you can send us a mail at CairoIV@state.gov<mailto:CairoIV@state.gov>. Please include your case number and a title covering the intent of your mail in the SUBJECT LINE (ex. YTC2015000000, need Appointment)

Updated on 31 August 2015 " and that's what I did I sent them a mail like the example they mentioned and they replied me with the interview date.

Note that I still recommend for u to make the medical exam early as now I don't have the time to make a new one because of the interview date.

I hope they have changed them system so now I hope that everyone can get his interview when they send the mail I sent ,good luck to you and to everyone .

192 days and nothing happened. It frustrated me when I saw end of September and October and even December approvals and nothing happen to my paper!

Received RFE notice on web site today. Now just have to wait for the letter to see what the question is. At least it is moving along and someone is looking at our papers.

So are you a September filler? When in September did they receive your case?

Yeah as you can see they gave me only 4 days! not enough for anything and I'll have to send the medical results later after the interview through Aramex.

and yes I sent my papers through Aramex November 30th the status changed December 2nd so I think that was the date they received my papers, I'm not sure which month they working on right now but you can email them they usually response in 24 hours.

The embassy scheduling site seems to be down for 2 weeks now.....does anyone know which month they are currently scheduling interviews for now?

K-1 paper here, sent packet 3 in mid December....have not heard anything back yet
