Hi, anyone here who got their EAD and AP approved even without biometrics? is it really possible? or just a mistake. Thanks, your insights will be greatly appreciated. USCIS emailed me last August 7 that my ead and ap's already approved and the USCIS case status states that also. The thing is, no schedule of biometrics has been received.

VJ's very informative..Ive learned a lot .. during the initial filing of our K1 we just followed everything in the guide listed here. Thank God and Visa Journey.. our K-1 process went smooth.. packet sent last Jan.5,2015 and was received by USCIS on Jan 7, got our NOA1 email notif on Jan. 9 ,Jan 15 NOA1 by mail, Jan.28 our case was approved and received NOA2 by mail on Feb.2,2015. On Feb.5 NVC received our case and got our MCN on Feb 10.Feb 12, our case was in transit and was received by our designated consulate on Feb.17,2015. now, I'm waiting for my medical and interview.
