    Enter US from Canada using third passport

    Hello,


    I intend to visit the United States between March 2nd and March 5. I am a dual citizen of Canada and Latvia.


    On the date I intend to enter, I won't have access to my Canadian passport--I am currently in the process of obtaining a K1 Visa, and my passport is schedule to be in processing by the Montreal Consulate during this time period. I do not intend to immigrate on this date--I will return to Canada on March 5 in order to receive my K1 visa, finalize my preparations to move, and enter the United States using my K1


    Will I be able to enter the United States and return to Canada after three days by using my Latvian passport as a travel document and a photocopy of my Canadian passport as proof of my legal residency in Canada?


    Does anyone have any experience/suggestions for a situation like this? I'd also love to find some sort of document on the CBP website that discusses something like this?
