I filed back in March, got NOA1 waited for about a week before signing up on USCIS website. I Checked everyday for something to show up and just last week on Tuesday June 9 was there something in the website, so it took almost three months for anything to post.

All the info states is when they received the packet, nothing more.

I am positive that there has not been a NOA2, otherwise it would state the status, plus I have on the e-mail and text alerts for any changes.

I believe that the VJ timelines are way off, like someone else mentioned people sign up and never update. When people do not properly update the profiles it is really a discouraging thing for the rest of us when it gives false periods

I check everyday and get the same page, it has been like that for almost three months

I requested my divorce records from Virginia, it took 36 days for me to receive. It is just something you will have to be patient just like waiting on getting an approval from USCIS.

The day I received my NOA1 text and E-mail they also cashed my check

I went through a difficult process getting her signed form and the letter of intent with signatures sent to me.

But when you are determined, you will make sure it will happen the correct way.

I sent my package on Thursday March 12, I used USPS express mail, Someone signed for the package on the next morning. I am waiting now for the E-mail/Text

and the "official NOA1"

My question is for the Signature Line on this form

Can the form be submitted without a signature from the Fiance (Beneficiary's) because she is in another country?

OR:

Is a completed form with signature sent to me in an .pdf e-mail acceptable?

I would like to hear for anyone that has had experience with this.
