I have the same situation, could you tell me which phone number did you use? and which option did you use? I have been trying to get in touch with IRS but it is almost impossible, my amendment is not on the online tool and when I call a recorded person ask me for the same think as the online tool.

I sent my amendment on July 2015, and I do not know anything about it.

If you filed before B2 you shouldn't have an issue. Your AOS process is in progress, so nothing to worry about.

thanks everyone, What's OP? I filled the I485 before my B2 visa so I think I don't have unlawful presence.

And I also think maybe is a standard reply, but I called USCIS and they said they DONT KNOW... so, I'll have to make the trip to the office field.

My husband is US citizen and we filed i130 and AOS separately. I´m leaving in US currently.

Last week I received my AOS interview for next month. BUT today I receive de I130 NOA2 approval stating this:

"The above petition has been approved. The petition indicates that the person for whom you are petitioning is in the United States and will apply for adjust
of status. The evidence indicates the he or she is not eligible to file an adjustment of status application. This determination is based on the information submitted
with the petition and any relating files. If the person for whom you are petitioning believes that he or she is eligible for adjustment of status, then he or she
should contact the local USCIS office for more information. Because the person for whom you are petitioning is not eligible to adjust, we have sent the approved
petition to the Department of State National Visa Center (NVC), 32 Rochester Avenue, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909. NVC processes all approved immigrant visa which
consular post is the appropriate consulate to complete visa processing. NVC will then forward the approved petition to that consulate.

I´m very confuse and I don´t know if this is because we file separately or anything else.

Hello everyone, Yesterday I receive the email saying my work permit was approved! So, today I´m applying for a work at home job and they ask me in the application if I´m legally able to work in the US. I now I am but you know... I don´t have the card yet nor ssn. somebody have this situation??

I don't have the same situation as you but I think if you are on every document and enough evidence you should be OK. Although if you are unsure try consulting a lawyer. Again, I'm not sure, I just thought I could help. But if you can't, try a website called avvo. You can sign up and post a question, it's pretty easy. The lawyers will get back to you and if you want, you can meet some of them or pay about $35( not sure of the amount but less than $50) and they will call you to answer some questions for a certain amount of time. Hey.. our timeline is similar and I came in b2 visa too. Also my husband is in the military haha. he isn´t deployed but maybe he´ll for the time of the interview. Feel free to message me.

I mean where is written that you are able to stay in the us while AOS is pending?, I just called USCIS customer service and they told me that but I can´t find any article with that info in the uscis website.

Just trying to get a little more of evidence, I have photos, entry stamps, enrollment as dependant in my husbands work, But I´m also in the at&t bill as a second line owner I think this will be great BUT we make the mistake of use my maiden name ! Hi everybody, I´m trying to fill my I485 (AOS) form, I alredy have everything, But I´m stuck in the medicals part. I was calling the CS in my area and the fees are between 300$-800$ thats a lot for me right now. I know I can get the vaccunations with triCare, somebody knows if I can use Tricare for anything else? maybe X rays or Tb test? besides, there is the possibility to send the i485 form without the medical examinations and then submit it when I have it or for the interview (Just wondering).

Hi, My spouse is filling my form i130, the only thing is missing is the i-94 number, Im alredy in the us but when I try to get my number in the cbp website doesnt show my lastest travel( december), Its shows a travel I make to US in september.So.. I dont have a i94 number just a stamp in my passport, what can I do?
