This coming Thursday (August 14th) will be 6 months since i received the letter of confirmation.

Still nothing has happened yet, not even a schedule for her interview. No news at all.

Has anyone else been waiting this long?

Im not an immigration lawyer and im not an expert on this subject, but i know you can overdo it. Im sure they not want to flip thru 50 photographs, and pager after page of family testimony.

Its typically 5 or 6 photograps, a hotel receipt and it would help if one for the photos is at that hotel. Airplane tickets. Even better if you have photos with the girls family, that helps to prove that you met everyone.

My girl and i went to a photo studio and had professional photos taken and i have the receipt from the studio and its dated, plus i have the charge statment on my credit card that matches the photo studio receipt.

I am new here, just signed up Saturday January 31st.

My name is John and i was living and working in the Philippines for almost 4 years.

It was my job that brought me there and while i lived there i fell in love with a wonderful girl.

We have dated 1 1/2 years.

I had planned to live in the Philippines for the rest of my life but life changes fast.

Now my job has now brought me back to the USA and I cant imagine living without my girl any longer.

I plan to have my package in the mail by the end of week, February 8th 2015.

I hope everthing goes smoothly and swiftly to bring us together again.
