Please don't reschedule your appointment. that's not a big deal, infact you don't have to worry at all. I was in the same boat 2 years ago, and on my appointment I've had a proof of Flu shot  only. they gave me 2 options, either I can go back to my GP Practice and get all the shots again and provided them with a documentation or I can get shots from them again and ofcourse they will charge me for that and mind you it's expensive from them.

I knew from GP I'll get free, It's NHS  so I went back to GP got my shots and I emailed them documents and I was good to go.

Hope you all are good and doing fine.

Last week I've applied for lifting conditions on my green card (I-751 application). My current green card will expire on next Month, 24 March, 2018 and on the same date my VA drivers license also getting expired. I've read upon receiving application, USCIS send a notice of action letter which states the acknowledgment of application received and one year extension of current green card. 

My question is, Am I able to extend/renew my VA drivers license on this notice of action letter ?

Please guide me through, though I tried to look this information on DMV Virginia website but I'm not able to dig any information.

How long does it takes to reach green card after you arrive in US. I paid my IV fees $165 before the flight and just wondering how long will it take.

also, is there any way to track it ?

Yes, it's absolutely fine to open it. USCIS can verify it, so it does not matter to open it or not. I lived 6 Years in UK and recently moved here and I opened the police certificate straight away

It ask " DO YOU HAVE DOCUMENTATION TO ESTABLISH THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED VACCINATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH U.S. LAW ? "

( I had given all the vaccinations required at childhood but I don't have any record to show, WHAT SHOULD I ANSWER THIS QUESTION BECAUSE WHEN i SAY NO. IT ASKS FOR EXPLANATION)

Question 2

My native language is URDU, on the very first, the form asks to write your name in your native language.

( How could I write my name in Urdu ? the keyboard allows only English Language.)

Question 3

My wife is both working and studying (professional course), which occupation should I state on the form ? student or Engineering ? as she'z doing job in engineering sector.

well i've read the guide for I-130 and it says you need to submit a copy of marriage certificate. as we married according to our islamic religion and we didn't marry according to UK system. so would USCIS accepts our islamic marriage certificate ?

I am pakistani and residing in United kingdom, my wife is US citizen and we married here in UK, is islamic marriage certificate is acceptible or not when we apply for the spouse visa ?

Your wife can petition for you. Whether you qualify will depend on your particular circumstances. There is an income requirement. Your background matters - memberships in certain organizations, criminal, visa overstays, etc.

i don.t know wether i'm posting this question on a right place or not. i'm just married few days ago and my wife is US citizen (passport holder). my nationality is pakistani and we have got married in London. i don't know where and how to start the procedure for spouse visa. and am i eligible for spouse visa or not ?
