I had the same problem. Waited the 42 days and a supervisor never looked at it! In the end we were told to send everything again which I did and got CC 9 days later.

So I would recommend to send everything again. I don't know if it will work for you as well as it did for me though.

45 days ..still no CC...moved to supervisor review a week ago....I was told it can take up to 42 days...Does anyone if it really takes 42 days....I know every case is different....because I have seen CC in 21 days and I am at day 45 and still nothing....I just need some hope right now...At this pace... I don't know when I will be with my husband again.

So i wouldn't be celebrating. Got the same messages about our expedite request. never got an answer if it is approved or denied but the expedite request was mid february and we got approved in mid may so im kinda sure our request was denied.

Just wanted to tell everyone about my experience. I entered the us on VWP 3 days ago at Chicago O hare. Totally smooth. I hadn't had any problems at all. Didn't even had to show my return ticket. The officer only asked for how long i'll stay and how I met my husband. He also asked if I am still in school in the USA (I have a valid F1 visa in my passport still from when I went to college in California) which I denied.

I am pretty happy that it was so easy because the last time I entered in December in LAX it was pretty much like an interrogation. I wasn't married then and I had to show all kinds of proof that I will leave again but I was not taken into another room or anything.

Seriously! LOL I am thinking I live in New York why couldn't they send my petition there! And it has really got me wondering how they decide where to send it. Maybe you go to VSC if you list your address as international?

It cannot be international. My husbands address is in NC and we were send to VSC.

I'm flying to the US next week so technically we could do it. Do you know by any chance that if we do it does that mean that I cannot file taxes in Germany?

Hi. This may was asked before but I really can't find anything.

My husband is trying to file his taxes right now. He is a US citizen. I am a non US citizen and do not life in the USA. I am filling my taxes in Germany.

He is saying that I need a I10 number for him to file taxes.

I actually do not really understand why and if that is actually true or if he is messing something up.

Hi. My husband sent out i-130 at the 24th to Chicago. Got delivered on the 26th and NOA1 text message on the 28th. Got routed to Vermont. Hope we will get approved soon too. Although I think it may take forever because we just handed in an expedite request last week and were about to submit the supporting documents today because he was supposed to get his deployment orders today but they just took him of the roster for the deployment yesterday. So we have to cancel the request and I just hope we won't get put back at the end of the waiting line again...
