What is this iv case I'd that they are talking about

No, you'll need to bring the new joint sponsor's set of documents to the interview and tell the CO that your original joint sponsor has withdrawn his sponsorship. I think it also helps to have the person provide a withdrawal letter.

The CO will then evaluate the new joint sponsor's finances.

I think your parent just bring the new form I-864 or i-864A in the interview day .

It is pretty normal to wait that long for any other information from USCIS after the NOA1. Your case is in the first stage of the review process, for me it took about 5 months before I heard anything back from USCIS after the first NOA1. Unfortunately for me, I had an RFE, but the RFE took very little time, so I was able to get the NOA2 in almost 6 months after I filed.

I think it depends on when you file and I believe cases from the Philippines are faster, but I am not sure. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the appropriate Field Office, Service Center, National Benefits Center (also known as MSC), Immigrant Investor Program Office (also known as EB-5) OR International Operations Offices... To see more or less how long it will take to hear from them.

I filed i130 for my parents, I was wondering will each of my parent get a different case number from nvc

hi, what is the next step after I file I-130 forms for parents of USC? I've been searching but couldn't get any info. what forms and paper work do I need ready for the rest of this process?

what I have so far:

-copy parent's birth certificate

-copy parent's marriage certificate

-copy USC birth certificate

-copy USC naturalization certificate
