Receive confirmation on what? Interview date or the CC?

I mean CC. The told me over the phone that my CC date is 9/2, but I have not received any email from NVC. Have you received anything?

It seems like the spreadsheet is not being updated. Anyone with CC on the first week of September who has received confirmation from the NVC?

My case has been at the NVC for 5 months. After going through all the trouble and wait time because of the software glitch Iwas able to submit my DS260 almost 2 months ago. Since so much time has passed by without my DS260 gotten reviewed, it wass sent for supervisor review one week ago. Has anyone had experience going through supervisor review with their DS260?

I just received an email from nvc stating they received my documents 21aug2015 and that I should allow 30days for them to review it.

What can be happening,my case has been with nvc since march 21, sent my documents 3may2015, cldnt pay the iv till 4june2015 n ds260 11june2015 due to the glitch in their system . have been waiting for 5 months now n tot I shld be getting a case complete not a 30days review letter.has it happend to anyone here before?

I'm in a similar situation. They've had my case since March. I submitted all my AOS and IV documents in May, but I couldn't pay the IV Fees until July 7th because of the software glitch. Then I was able to submit my DS260 on July 11th, I have been waiting since then for them to review the DS260, its the only thing missing for my case to be complete. I have called many times and they always give me a different answer. I am now on supervisor review, but nothing seems to happen.

I have seen that many people who submitted their cases recently have gotten a CC in a few days, this is so discouraging.

Hi Guys , on may 21 i received a checklist for the ds260 missing , i finally completed the ds260 on july 6th, last night i called nvc asking to talk to a supervisor to review the ds260 for me, none was available at this moment but the representative told me i should receive a call from nvc during the night. Exactly 30 mn after i received the call from them, the supervisor told me that my case is just completed right now and i will receive an email in 7 days . But until now still 2 N/A , the AOS fee status still " Paid "

Samuel, that is great news. I did not now they could approve the DS260 over the phone. I submitted my DS260 on July 11th and I haven't heard anything from them. They just keep telling me that it is taking them longer than usual to review the forms.

I had the worst experience ever with the NVC today. After being on hold for 40 minutes a very rude agent asked me for the usual information. Then asked me for the exact date on which I submitted the DS260, otherwise I should call back again. After telling him the exact date he said "I cannot see anything in the system until 30 days have passed" which is a total lie.

I called back, and after being on hold for an hour, an agent answered and asked for the usual information. Then he said "I see your case is at the NVC, a specialist will help you", and he put me back on the everlasting hold

This is absurd. It seems as if they just reviewed the cases in random order. So if Claclaa hadn't called at all, would they have just forgotten about her case??? Why do we have to keep calling in order for them to do their work?

I hope your SR takes less than 42 days. Did they tell you what they haven't reviewed? Did they review your DS260 before sending you the checklist? I have heard that it is taking them longer than usual to review ds260s.

I just called the NVC and the operator put me on supervisor review, says my case should have been reviewed by now (checklist scan date july 6)

says it can take up to 42 extra days (starting today)

I feel doomed, we started the process with USCIS on April 2014

I called the NVC yesterday. They said that because of the software glitch, they have a ton of DS260's in queue and it is taking them at least 30-42 days to process them.

I am so confused with how the NVC processes cases. My SD for my checklist was 6/16, that is more that 45 days ago. I submitted my DS260 on 7/10, a few days later I received a false DS260 checklist. I have kept calling the NVC 2 times per week since then, and they tell me that it takes them at least 30 days to review my DS260. Is that true? They've had my supporting documents for almost 3 months. Anyone has had the same experience?

I see many of you paste your timelines in your messages. How can I do that?

I called on friday. They told me that they received all my documents and DS260 and that everything seems fine. That I should just wait two more weeks. At the end the agent said "congratulations". Hopefuly this means my case is soon to be completed.

I just called the NVC. They said the ds260 checklist is automatically sent by the system when the ds260 hasn't been completed. Since I did complete it on Friday, I should disregard the checklist and wait for them to review my application and supporting documents.

Hi, I just received a DS-260 and supporting documents checklist. However, I submitted all supporting documents 70 days ago and I filled out the DS-260 last Friday. Any thought on what I should do? is this a false checklist?

Yes Sir, Your new scan date is the date the NVC received your updated checklist. That is their clock ,it will restart another 30 days from then, Isn't that crazy?

After everything I have been through with the NVC it doesn't seem that crazy , its just what I would expect from such an unefficient agency. Can someone help me update my scan date please to my Checklist scan date

I received a checklist and I sent the supporting documents on 6/16. Does that reset my scan date?

I paid by mail 2 weeks ago. They never sent me a receipt notice, so I called the NVC. They rejected my payment because i supposedly did not include my invoice, which ofcourse I did include. No wonder this happened, as they are so dissorganized. I just paid online.

I am now being able to pay online, however I mailed a check 2 weeks ago, UPS shows that they delivered it, but the NVC hasn't cashed it. Has anyone paid both by mail and online? If so, did you get a refund? Please help

I'm finally able to pay online. However I sent my check by mail two weeks ago, should I pay again and ask for a refund? Anyone has had experience receiving a refund?

They received my check 10 days ago and they haven't even cleared it.

I received my IV Fee Invoice on June 11th. As expected, the online payment didn't work, so I called the NVC and they suggested to pay by mail, which I did on June 21st. Nothing has happened as of today.
