I got our potential waver interview today too..I'm so bummed! Atleast there's a news about my gc..

We called USCIS today and requested expedited processing on my wife's I-131. The person I talked to said the reasons for the request met 2 of the criteria required and didn't indicate there would be any problem. This evening I checked the case status and it hadn't changed, however under case history it now says:

• 03/30/2015

  

  On March 30, 2015, your request to have your case expedited, referral number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, was completed.

• 03/30/2015

  

  On March 30, 2015, we sent a response to your request to have your case expedited, referral number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

• 03/30/2015

  

  On March 30, 2015, your request to have your case expedited, referral number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, was assigned to an officer for response.

  We're trying to decipher what this might mean - anybody know?

What service center are u guys? I'm in nbc/msc..

Any new news about ur AOS for February filers???

My case status online haven't changed yet since they received my application for AOS. I've done my biometrics last March 6.. When does it usually changed after biometrics? Now it's still showing that my case is received.. tY..just a little bit worried..

Hi everyone! I'm just wondering if somebody here has the same case as mine. We'll I like to go back to the Philippines using an AP only. I've been here in US for 2 years but we just filed my AOS. I'm just wondering if I could have a problem going back here in US using my AP. Could I have a problem with the immigration officer? Thank you for all who would gonna answer me.
