For Facebook messages, you can just log on the mobile version of Facebook on your desktop. My fiancee and I included chat logs from Facebook to complement our e-mails. We chose the chat logs when we were introduced, his plans to visit me, etc.
When you browse mobile Facebook on your desktop (m.facebook.com) you can actually change the message number or page number, so you can choose chat logs per month. Then, you just screenshot the logs, copy and paste them on MS Word, and print them.

I just did this. I was on hold for 30 minutes (luckily, I was using my Google Hangouts to call NVC, so no charge). I didn't even to the representative for more than 2 minutes. I will call again in two weeks because they told me that it might take 42 days before our application shows up in their system. We got our NOA 2 on March 11.
-
Not really. We forgot to attach the form for the delivery notification/confirmation. So, we were just surprised when we received the NOA 1.
-
I don't think so.A CENOMAR has a validity of six months.

My fiancee and I discussed this as well before we sent our application. Well, you have to make sure that the letter is more factual than romantic. Ours was only a page long.

You put what their relationship to the foreign fiance(e) is. Is the foreign fiance(e) their future son/daughter-in-law? Are they a future brother/sister-in-law? Are they a family friend? Put what the relationship is.
Thank you.

I filed in September and I still don't have my NOA2.
Our application went to CSC.
-
Our application just got approved today! Yay. smile emoticon The NOA2 will be mailed soon!
Anyway, here's my question regarding the co-sponsor. If the co-sponsor will fill up the Form I-134, what does he need to write so that the CO will know that this form is for co-sponsorship? What will he write on the "Relationship to Sponsor" part?
Thank you. grin emoticon
BTW, I am from the Philippines. I know that most of the time, they do not accept co-sponsors. My fiancee is receiving SSDI which is different from SSI.
-
what is SSDI ? I would love to be updated with this too.
It is Social Security Disability Insurance. My fiancee is receiving this because he is legally blind. He has retinitis pigmentosa (RP).

Hi!
I just saw that the poverty guidelines changed for 2015.
I am worried that our application will not be approved because my fiance is on SSDI. He received 18,623 for 2014. We are aware that this is not enough for the 125% requirement, so he decided to rollover some USD7,413. He also has IRA distributions amounting to 4,413.
I am not very much knowledgeable about the income requirement part of the application, so I am hoping that someone can help me. I read a thread about how the Manila US Embassy does not accept co-sponsors, so I guess that is a no-go for us.
Can anyone explain to me how this works? What should we do?
Thank you.

Hoping that we will get our NOA 2 soon.

My fiancee got the hard copy of our NOA1 on the 23rd of Feb! Super happy!
Now, the waiting for the NOA2 begins.

Be good, guys. Be good. You reap what you sow.

I think this topic is becoming very unfair towards us Filipinos.
Did we ask and should we be thankful that we were hit by a typhoon that killed thousands of people and destroyed millions worth or properties? Why should this be taken against us? Is this just a case of sourgraping? People becoming too frustrated with the pace of their own applications in different service centers?
Whatever the case is, why can't you all just be happy for other people who now have the chance to be with the people they love? Whether applications from our country are being expedited or not, that doesn't mean that yours is being left behind.
Stop thinking ill of other countries.

Whew~ Thank you all! This is the only thing that is keeping us from submitting. Thank you all for shedding light.

I agree with you cousin. My finance signed in a similar fashion to you but I had my fiance sign everything with her full name. She practiced several times.
Oh no.
I am now worried. However, I can't just change my signature because we included my passport as evidence (we traveled when he was here). My signature on the document is the same as the one on my passport, so I do not want to change it.
-
Hi, everyone! I have another question, and this may seem really silly.
So, ever since I learned how to signed documents, my signature has been really "small". I do not sign my full name. As my fiancee described it, my signature looks like just "initials".
My cousin who went through the same process (K1) said that this might be an issue. I said that I cannot just change my signature because that is how it has been all my life - passport, bank records, etc.
Will they really make an issue out of this? This is the only thing that is stopping us from sending the application already.
Thank you!

Hope you meant G-325A (not G-325).
Date is not critical, it could have been the date you signed them.
Waste of money getting the documents notarized.
Oops! Yup, meant G-325A!
P.S.: Thanks again everyone! You have all been very kind and helpful.

Hi!
First, thank you for answering my question regarding the Affidavit of Support.
Now, I have another question. When my fiancee left, I gave him the signed letter of intent to marry and G-325 form so he will just write dates on them. However, we are confused as to what dates we should put. Should it be the day when we mail the application? Any date before that? Etc.?
Thank you in advance again!

Thank you, everyone!

Affidavit of support is for later embassy interview.
It is not needed for I-129 package.
Thank you for clarifying this!

Hi, everyone!
I am new here, and I read all the guides. My fiancee and I are going to file a K-1 visa soon. However, we are confused when it comes to the Affidavit of Support document. We filled it up, but we don't know if it has to go with the packet or if he should send it to me for my interview.
I read on the sample cover letter (which by the way we will use, so thank you!!!) that it is not included, but my cousin who is now in the US said that we should include it in the packet.
I really hope that someone can explain this part to me.
Thank you in advance!
February 2015 filers
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports

Filed last February and got approved on March 11. Sadly, still no case number from NVC. Based on Facebook groups that I joined only those until March 09 2015 approval have received case numbers.
