Can someone tell me what the process is when the beneficiary arrives in the USA? She has her visa and the packets of documentation from the embassy. Since I will be escorting her here to the USA, can I just go in the Non-Citizen line with her and go through the process with her?

Thank you! I purchased her engagement ring in the USA and I will be traveling with the receipt. I already anticipated that one in case they see it and ask why it wasn't declared. I took her wedding dress/accessories back with me on last visit and declared that.

When the beneficiary arrives in the USA (via Air), how should they fill in the Customs Declaration Form? She's only bringing clothing, shoes, documents, and pictures. No electronics or anything else of significant value. Do they need to have an inventory of all items?

I'm now at 170 days since NOA1 at TSC. Rather than keep looking for my NOA2, I decided to take a look at steps ahead. I think I'm comfortable with the process up until the wedding. What I am wondering is how will my wife (beneficiary) take my name for her last name. Her passport and visa will have her maiden name as that is how she will enter the country. What's the process for changing her name and how do I fill in the paperwork properly?
