who has received case complete emails from nvc?

if ur case is complete for most of the time, u should see 3 N/A in total (1 for aos fee, 1 for aos evidence and documents and 1 for civil documents; not mandatory, coz some get cc without cc, some get 3 N/A without cc, so for most of people it holds true). if i were u and coz u r way above nvc time frame, i'd call them monday first hour and get a specific answer on how nvc is handling ur case. good luck and 'May the force be with you'.

supervisor review is very unpredictable as per the forum. for some its days, and for some its more than months. so i think it's more of country of chargeability but either way u have at least a lead no matter what. so i'd wait for 40 days (per current time frame frame from nvc) then i'd start calling them crazy until i get hold of a supervisor with specific answers. good luck.

I'm at 45 days from my scan date now, which means if they don't get it done before the holidays, I will be stuck waiting until next year.

holidays will delay things for sure, but many times the checklist are looked before 30 day period. so i'd still expect an early response for your checklist.

i heard now the review day is up to 40 days from 30 days. so i guess they are still matching their time frame.

Hi, I already got one checklist from NVC and my latest scan date is Oct 29th. I haven't heard from them since then.

for your case, i'd call them every hour, and each time ask for supervisor unless you hear what's happening to your case. good luck

be sure to call nvc to verify that ur case is indeed complete though. some instances had had 3 na without cc.

i got my 3 n/a today and called to verify and i was told my case was in fact completed.

saw my 3 n/a today morning. going to call them tonight to verify case complete.

My scan date is November 5th and it seems like everyone with dates after me are getting approved. I can't believe this. It is so frustrating. I am waiting until the 20th now. I keep calling and they said due to the holidays its no longer 30 days, but 45 days.

How do you find out your scan date? Will it show on the site, do you get an email or do you have to call? Sent my packages yesterday and they arrived today there!

it's case complete. after you send your aos/iv package, you are asked to wait 30 days in order for them to process of which you have two outcomes of case complete or checklist.

Hello, how do you know when your scan date is? I have received no email from the NVC but when my lawyers sent me a copy of my application, it says that my submission of my immigrant visa was completed on Nov 12 2015. Is that my scan date? Also, is that the date I should reference when counting my 30 days? It's been over 30 days now and I am frustrated because I can't go back home but I heard that if you call the NVC they will send it to a supervisor and it will take longer. When should I call the NVC? After how many days past the 30 days? Thank you everyone!

u should have received the scan date by email. but i'd call if i were you. my scan date is nov 12 as well. today i have seen a first cc for nov 12 scan date. waiting for mine too.

November 4th as scan date, case completed yesterday after it went on supervisor review Thursday of last week for not being handled in the 30 day window.

u can travel without any restrictions, as long as your trips are of certain duration, such as not exceeding 6 months.

my scan date is 11/12/2015. so my 30 day mark was 11th dec. i haven't contacted them yet but i think im gona wait it out till 16th. finger's crossed.

scan date is when you send in your aos/iv package to nvc for which they require at least 30 days to process it. its the final step before they move the documents to local embassy.
