Hi,
Thanks for your feedback.
However, doesn't the law stipulates that you have to get have a job offer first before you can apply for a work visa. Can the person apply for a work visa or is it the responsibility of the potential employer?

Hi,
What options does a person have if they only have a B2 Visa and gets a job offer in the States?
Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Hi All,
I 94 document expires before the date that immigration allows you to be present in the States. Can someone inform me if this is a major issue?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback everyone. There is better access to the internet, libraries and research material in the US especially in this case where the online degree is for a Doctorate program. However, I'm not sure if that's sufficient grounds to convince the relevant parties that a student Visa is needed.

Hi,
A question crossed my mind and I would like to ask for some feedback.
Can someone still apply for student Visa if he/she has been accepted to pursue an online degree at a US University?
Hope to hear from you all.
Thanks.

Hi All,
Thanks for all the experience and advice that you all share in these forums.
I would appreciate some feedback on a current situation. My parents are US Citizens but they have been separated for years...they both earned their citizenship while they were separated. My petition was filled and I have been waiting for a Visa number for over 5 years and after checking the processing schedule its seems I have several more years to wait before I'm awarded a green card. I don't live in the US at this time...I only visit regularly with a visitors visa. I am also a professional, that is, I earned my MBA from a university in my country.
Does anyone know of any conditions that I can pursue which can shorten my waiting time on the basis that both my parents are US citizens?
I look forward to hearing all your feedback on the above matter.
Thanks
Got case # from NVC five yrs and still waiting!
