Our NOA1 date is January 22nd. We haven't heard a single thing. We put in a service request August 31 and have not heard anything from that. We also put an expedite request in on Monday and were denied on Thursday. The Tier 2 officers are particularly challenging to talk with. Everyone says something different and I've been hung up on twice. Feels like there is no accountability.

Hang in there guys! Our NOA1 was 1/22 and we got our NOA2 on 10/22. I have to say, that waiting for the NOA2, particularly when you move towards and then out of normal processing time is incredibly stressful, frustrating, etc. Hang in there!
