Received our I 797 few minutes ago Now just waiting for biometric appointment. Praying for success for everyone here.

I wouldn't stress at all.  Based on the dates you gave, you should be receiving that letter tomorrow or the next day.  Again, I wouldn't stress.

Thank you Yes I did. Birth certificate. Other evidence I included were. Our drivers license(same address).car title.cat insurance.health insurance.flights bookings.hotel reservation's.letter from son school showing both our names as contacts (husband as step-father).credit card statement's.lease.tax 2015&2016( file jointly).cell phone bill account. 30 photos of different events. Pray that was more than enough. Someone told me because we don't have life insurance I would get deny. How true is this?

Hey guys it's been so long. So I mailed the i175 yesterday and they received it today. Now that am reading through these comments I realized that I didn't put our newborn(5/22/17) on the part it ask for children. I thought it's only for children that are filling also. Also we don't have life insurance together. What do you guys think would happen? [Biting nails)

Thank you! He said they ask him: when did we meet.How old was my son.Who were the pple in the wedding photo. And I'd he ever traveled to the unite states before. He said they didn't ask for any documents. She just looked at what I had send in with the i130. The whole process took him about 3 hours

What does cc mean?

CC means Case Complete. Interview scheduling can take up from 2-3 months. You and expedite your case and see if you can get an earlier date.

Just called nvc and still no luck guys...say their waiting on kingston embassy

Well I called not NVC not too long ago I got the same old sad story I've been hearing for the last two months.. they are so call waiting on dates to be available in kingston:( so here I am once again waiting waiting waiting waiting, would my time very come??!!! {CC april 15}
