Hello how are you?I need opinions.My husband and I go to USA to study English with the F1 visa.My husband is a graduate in IT, has 10 years of experience, has several course and certified.What is the chance of getting a h1b sponsor? Our idea would be to study English and send resumes to get a H1B.Has anyone got that way?Also I wonder if he study a masters in the area of technology, we can renew the OPT for another 17 months after 12 months?Thanks

I am the son of an Italian citizen.I'm Italian and Brazilian citizenship, for I was born in Brazil, but Brazil is not eligible in the lottery.My father came to Brazil with five years with his parents and stayed here.My question is if I can use my Italian citizenship to apply the green card lottery or use the citizenship of my father, who was born in Italy.I need help, because in the immigration site are confused about being the son of an eligible citizen.Thanks!
