Hi , im k1 filer, my ceac tracker says that my case is ready , its been like that more than a week and i still not heard anything from the consulat in algeria .
i tried to call the call centre , they didn't give me any inormation . now i don t know what to do

they just told me that the conculat doesn t have any phone number we can use !!!!!! anyone with the same experience ???

petition approved a month ago and still waiting for NVC case number i called 2 times and they said me that they have not received my petition yet !!!! how many time i need to wait ??? im sad
