    IR-5 3 months after POE and no Green Card

    My mother entered US over two months now, and no green card, ELIS still showing accepted nothing yet. made a service request, and no answer. I called USCIS and they said i need to wait 30 days for them to response to my service request.

    My mother IR5, not received green card after 5 weeks. But how can we fill I-130 for her son when she not have green card, so what do she fill in the blank require number of green card ? Please show me how to do it , thank you so much for it .
