I sent  I-751 for removing green card conditional status. however I forget to put the date on the check I signed and wrote the correct name but just forget to out the date. will they return it to me or they will just write the date on it themselves  since it has a signature and cash it out.

The link you sent me says: The fee for I-485 applications includes the cost of the I-131 and I-765 (no need to pay for them if filed with or while your I-485 application is pending adjudication). can you confirm this if Travel document is included the green card fee.?

Hello Guys, I need your help.

my wife came here with k1-visa we got married within three months as they require but after 9 months we still did not file status Adjustment and I was wondering if someone can help me with below with below questions.

1. how can we get Social Security after k-1 expired? (but married legally)

2. is it too late to file status adjustment after 8 months.

3. my wife is pregnant and never had immunization shots and cannot take now since she is pregnant. if i include the forms a doctor letter that says she cannot take the SHOTS currently because of pregnancy will that work.?

congratulation I am happy for you. if you don't mind asking you, after you had the interview did they needed more info and that is why it took 3 month the visa to be issued or they just hold it for no reason even though you passed the interview.? My fiance passed the interview and they never asked anything after three weeks they asked additional information and we are still waiting even though we provided what they asked. it has been 2 almost two months now..

that is what was on the letter.

They said send the information via email they outlined in the email. what I am confused about is that, when the Embassy asked me the information I sent to them why are they sending my passport back to us with requesting exact same information does this mean when they requested the information they were already in the process sending the passport. by the way email that always communicate to the embassy and the email they requested to send the information to is different. I am really confused and lost. it has been 4 weeks.

Hello Guys, since I posted this, The embassy sent my passport back to me with no VISA they was a letter that said please provided additional information. they already asked that information three days ago via email when I asked status update on mu case, I sent to them but I still received this letter again. I re sent the information to them again via email with the email they provided to me on the letter. has anyone every happened to that why did they returned the passport does it mean they are not close to providing the VISA or denied. it has been a month since the interview and they just sent the passport back us with requesting more information. please help.

I just want to add all the document was collected and was complete and they never told us that we were missing any document.

Hello Evryone, My fiance had interview on June 16th the officer told her that it was approved and congratulated to her. the system was down and was advised the visa will be ready in a week. 26 days days has been passed and my case status says Administrative processing. I sent email to them yesterday and they told send me below message.

"Your case is still pending for some additional administrative processing. We will contact you as soon as the process is complete. In the meantime, please provide us the below information as soon as possible to proceed further with your application. Thank you. "

why do they need this information now after they approved my case? I sent the information they asked but I don't know if something is going on. do you guys think this will delay my case. even though it already went changed from Ready to AP.?

I thought you were not allowed to be with your fiance during the interview. is this means it depends on the embassy? do they also ask questions to the petitioner..

So now the wait begins for packet 3 ugh which sucks because for us all packet 3 is the letter stating that the Embassy has received our case and what we will need for the interview. UGH can't do the medical nor the police cert with out it. To make matters worst looking at available appointment dates May is almost book. I so want to pick a date for the latter part of May but afraid we may not get the packet in time to complete medical. So my stress level back up again.

it is Saturday there already in Malaysia so I am afraid I have to wait until Monday to pay it.

Hey Guys, is anyone paid there VISA Fee, I am trying to see if I can pay the Fee here in US and send the Deposit Slip via email to my fiance so she can print for the interview. is that doable? The required bank is Standard Chartered correct?

sorry for the confusion, she has a Somalian passport and is not expiring until Aug 2018, but the Malaysian VISA that she has on the passport expires on November 2015. I was wondering if she needs to have 6 month VISA valid on the passport at the time of the interview or they are talking about the passport to have 6 have 6 month at the interview time.. in Malaysia it is very hard to get a VISA untill the visa she has now expires..

I meant to say the VISA is expiring not the passport. sorry for the confusion.

I would apply for a new passport before doing the ds160 and other papers where you need to include passport number, save yourself the issue of having to get a new passport when your fiancé arrive in the states.
In Sweden they process a new passport within a week or two.
