I obtained my ssn in my married name straight away after marrying and got it they just had to get it confirmed.

Thats what we thought maybe they lost it. In letter, It says to supply all the certificates that we already have and if recently married supply marriage certificate with married name we called court and they said no marriage certificate states my married name. So today I went and got a wyoming drivers license so it to shows my married name and photo id. We had sent a certified copy.

I received rfe on Friday saying.."There is a discrepancy between Service Records and the application as to your last name. Service Records indicates your last name as MAIDEN NAME. Your I-485, I-131 and I-765 has your last name as HUSBAND'S SURNAME. Please explain and provide supporting documentation". I sent in birth cert, passport, marriage certificate, vaccination, everything requested. I don't know what more to send.

All have to go to dallas then they accept it then forward to California, they will not accept straight to California
