City name is misspelled in the address mention on my visa

City Name: Boling Brooke

on visa it says: Booling Brooke

should i travel or it must be corrected ..

My k-1 fiancee visa is approved and issued on 4th of April 2015 and expiration date is 18th of September 2015. I am in the last semester of MBA Degree Program and semester will complete around 15th of august 2015.I just want to confirm if the 90 days period is included in the visa or it will be started after my arrival into USA because I am planning to travel in August 2015, Will I have 90 days to marry my fiancee if I travel in august as visa expires in September. I am still confused they will issue me new 90 days visa after entering in the US ?

Hi Every body.

I was interviewed yesterday amd it was a pleasent experience. Visa officer was a Lady. She asked me only two or 3 questions about my work and how we met. and the she said you are approved and your visa will be mailed through american express in two weeks.

But today when I am checking my visa status it is showing that your case is in AP. Can anyone please guide me if it is normal or I will have to wait for months like others on AP?

I am sending documetns for K1 visa ...I just wanted to ask that my fiancee is student. She posses assets of worth around 39000$ . I also have a joint sponsor..My fiancee is signing i-134 affidavit of support and my future brother in law in signing i-184 form because my fiance has no job right now.

Please let me know if this is going to acceptable or not because i am very confused about i-134 and i-184.

How long after it arrived at the embassy did it take for them to send you packet 3? Can you please update your timeline?

I emailed embassy 4 times bt didn't receive any reply. 5th email was successful and i received packet 3 after 15 minutes. :-)

The consulates automatically extend petition validity in 4-month increments. You should be fine.

I emailed Islamabad embassy 5 to 6 times for packet 3 and finally I received packet 3 on email after the expiry of notice of action 2.. What should i do now? Should I email embassy and notify them that my noa2 has been expired or I should send them p3 without nforming them.

Hi I am in Karachi ... My Noa2 is expired on december 23 2014... DS 160 was filled and emailed on september 29 2014...(receipt available) ...case status is ready from september 6 2014.....I have not received packet 3 yet ....what can i do... if someone around is facing the same situation... Please let me know its very painful to wait this long... Emabassy is not replying emails...calls are not attended... I am worried what to do....

Go the website of U.S Embassy Islamabad website and ask for the packet 3. THey will email you.

Seriously I am still in shock how could you just sit and wait for packet 3 for almost 4 months..!!

Now, u need to hurry submit DS 160 first, then make online requiry ask about Packet 3.

Then, make account on ustravel website and pay money then can book interview.

In your NOA2, it also said about your expite date of your K1 visa, I am worrying your case is later than expite date now.

I had submitted ds-160 on 29th of september 2014.....noa 2 expiry date was 14th of nov 2014... I did email embassy but no reply... I am quite worried now...lets hope for the best...anyway thanks alot for your help./

If the status is ready means you can submit DS 160. And after case was ready 10 days and u did not receive Pack 3, ps make inquiry in your consular website to ask about it.

In my country, w/o packet 3, we can get interview as normal.

Packet 3 is Online. You might have to ask if they ever sent it. Me and Mav Never got a Packet 4. Have the Petitioner Call the Embassy. Trust Me. Packet Contains: Instructions for interview and just about everything you saved all this time.

I am in Karachi and my k1 fiance visa petition_NOA2 was approved on september 4 2014. case was created on september 4 2014 at nvs website.

What I am worried about is I have not recieved packet 3 from islamabad embassy till now... status is same as it was on september 4 that your file is ready at nvc for interview. Can anyone please help if it is normal and it takes more then 3 to 4 months in recieving packet 3 from embassy. DS 160 was filled online on 29 SEPTEMBER 2014 but still didn,t hear anything from embassy.

I would be very thankful if you guys will help me out.
