    I just paid visa yesterday at 10:50am. Embassy says that i have to wait 4 hours after so i can schedule my appointment interview. It's almost more than 24 hours but i can't still schedule because when I enter the receipt number from the MRV that I have downloaded, it says "No record found, the receipt number doesn't disappear yet. What should I do now?
