Usually, cases arrive pretty quick (from NVC to Moscow), it just takes forever for the Embassy to change the status (in my case, it took them a month). Don't mind which dates NVC mentioned, it doesn't really matter anymore. What's important is that the status is AP right now. Don't waste your time but schedule an appointment!

The Administrative Processing (in Russia) means that you are now allowed to schedule an appointment at the US Embassy in Moscow. Dima should go ahead and create a profile here - https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/?language=Russian&country=Russia
