Hi everyone! I had my interview last March 30 here at uscis nevada. I passed the interview with my husband but unfortunately the officer said that they did not receive my medical from my home country. He requested me to have another remedical here in US (i693) after a week of my interview I submitted my entire medical from a civil surgeon last April 6. My question is up to now my case status is still not updating from (request for initial evidence was mailed) incheck my usps and stated that someone from the office of the USCIS received it. Its been 2 weeks from now and I cant see anything that update my i485 status.

Hi! I ask my mom and my younger sister( who's currently enrolled to school) to apply for a tourist visa. They were now preparing for an interview in USem in Philippines. She has no work also and a full time mom to my 2 sisters my dad and I will be supported her on their trip to U.S. Is there any possibility they'll get denied?

And now my EAD and AP suddenly updated into "card was being produced" are they still going to send my gc? T.i.a

I had my interview today at 11 am. The officer didn't ask about our marriage relationship instead he just ask if i am working.. Thats all he asked. But before he end up the interview he said that my medical report that I brought along with me during my port of entry was not submitted to them! And they need a new medical of me. Before they approve my case. I was a bit sad about it. But I have nothing to do but to comply even if they had their human error about sending my papers to the immigration. I was afraid that my new medical would be "positive" because I had a tb before when I was in mu home country. But i undergo on treatment for 6months at SLec.. Hoping for a positive outcome for my new medical..

Hi may I ask what vacvination they needed for the medical? And do you look for a civil surgeon when you moved here in the Us?

How about the chart that slec gave to me(dot treament done) do I need to submit it also to the uscis? Or just the vaccination itself?

Hi everyone! I arrived here in US last november 17 and now i am applying for aos. But, i dont know if i need to see a civil surgeon or is it fine with my medical forms that i brought here with me (vaccination record) from slec. I also undergone d.o.t at slec. I dont know if I should see a civil surgeon here for my medical again? Please help me on this. Thank you so much..

Got my visa today but saw an typo error on my visa instead of EB they put in my visa EC! I am advise by the representative to return my packet together with visa and iterinary ticket tomorrow at us embassy. My question is my flight is on nov 17. Will I get my passport and visa back before nov 17?

Hi everyone. My status in ceac says issued but whenever I check my account in cgifederal it says my passport is in us embassy/consulate it doesnt change since after my interview last week.. Is it okay? For those who will answer thank you..

Not no more, stopped doing that some time back. There is no letter given at the releasing window anymore. Only an email is send with the 221g request.

hey the same thing happened to me. I just got approved last monday and the CO didn't even bother to look at our affidavit of support and proof of relationship. I'm just waiting for my visa now . ??

They did not give any piece of paper on the releasing area. They just told me to wait for any documents they will ask for me to submit and if I do not see any follow up emails regarding the documents my visa might be "deliver".. The st lukes gave me a time frame to be in US when december comes or else I will repeat my medical again..

Hi everyone. Just had my interview earlier at usem they did get my passport and the american consul did not ask any documents. While the filipino consul just ask for birth cert., cenomar, nbi and Mrv slip (which was he returned to me) the american consul ask basic question like where and when did we met and so on. She ask me to proceed to the releasing area. The lady who was assigned there said that may case is under administrative if I did not received any email regarding what documents they needed to me they will soon deliver my passport and visa. My question is why they didnt tell me what are the documents that I have not submitted when they were conducting the interview. So upset today.

good day! My fiance used his affidavit of support twice it was in 2008 (his mom) 2014 (step sister) will I be questioned about his AOS during my interview because he used his aos twice? Please help me. Thanks in advance!

hi everyone hope you could help me on this... My fiance give me a copy of i129f and a copy of rFe explaining how we met. And upon checking the dates he input in the said papers it was not compatible in date but the year and month was okay. He said in(i129f) that we established our relationship after 2005, while on the rfe (circumstances meeting) he stated that our relationship became official march 23,2012. Now i am upset because of this I am overthinking what if the consul ask me when we started dating. I mean which is which. Which shouldnI tell the i129f or the rfe letter that we sent to them. Hope you could give me some advice about this thank you
