  1. Congrats.I am a couple a days away from the 90 day mark so it might just show up.Did a sevice request no respond

Just received the EAD/AP card in the mail! I'm so happy right now! The only thing that can make me happier now is if I get an letter for a scheduled interview in the mail.

One question though, I'm currently on OPT-EAD, should I go to the school and update them with the new EAD/AP card info? Then, what status will I be in terms of international/resident? Since I won't use the OPT-EAD card anymore, I guess I won't be on the F-1 status anymore. Is there such a thing as AOS status? And do I still need to report to the international student's office at school?

    Congrats my friend

I applied for ombudsman assitance on 06/08/2015 and got an email on 06/15/2015 stating:

    Dear Sir/Madam,

The Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman (Ombudsmans Office) has reviewed your request for assistance.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has indicated that it approved your EAD application on 6/13/15. You should receive your card by mail at the address you provided to USCIS. If you do not receive your card within 30 days, please contact USCIS at 1-800-375-5283.
