The dhs/USCIS have my name with the correct spelling
All of my paperwork and documentation has the right name on it
Except for my social security card. So they won't be able to fix it?
Will calling the USCIS costumer service and telling them about the issue get me anywhere do you think?

Who originated the error? You, the SSA, or DHS/USCIS?
The SSA did

Okay so I came to the US on a k-1 visa, got married, and THEN applied for a social security card.. i wasnt sure how anything worked and i gave them my maiden name.
the SSC was issued and mailed to me in a week or two but my last name was mispelled.. i figured this was okay because we needed to go back to change my last name anyways. We went back to have the error fixed and ended up being sent away and told we have to change my name with the department of homeland security and that there was nothing they could do.. that doesnt make any sense to me.
my i-485 was sent using that SSC #
and im just wondering if this is going to cause issues with my green card being issued and if anyone knows how im supposed to fix the error?
Spelling error on ssc causing issues?
