I filed late August, and I got a case update yesterday that my EAD card is being produced.
You should be receiving your update soon, maybe next week!
Saw from your timeline that your NOA is Aug 27th. Mine was the 28th! So yes most likely early next week, God-willing!

Hi, anybody else filed their I-765 EAD late August 2015? There has been no updates on my case status on the USCIS website - it's still the "case received" message. It's been 60+ days. Praying for updates soon!

I got mine feb 18 too but my status at ceac is now "in transit" so its on the way now to us embassy manila just keep checking yours. I think 1-2 weeks to be in the USEM.
Just checked it, still "At NVC". I noticed your case was approved Feb 2nd, ours was on the 6th. Since when has yours been "In Transit"? Good luck with the rest of your application!

We got out MNL case number last Feb 18. We've been tracking since but it's still at NVC. Just would like to know how long after acquiring the case number does NVC forward our case to the US Embassy here in the Philippines? Thanks!

We're currently preparing for the documents my fiance will be sending me that I'm going to be needing for the interview (e.g. I-129F packet, affidavit of support, letter of intent, etc.) Does he have to send me the original NOA1 and NOA2 letters or photocopies will do? Thanks!

Our petition has been approved last Feb 6th! We're not just waiting for the actual NOA2 to be sent via mail. Thanks for the replies! God bless!

Our NOA1 date is January 14. I've seen peitions which NOA1 date is later than ours (January 15) and have already received their NOA2. Same service center (CSC) and country (Philippines). Are petitions not processed chronologically? Should we be worried? Thanks everyone!
Mailed documents requested during AOS interview
in Adjustment of Status Case Filing and Progress Reports

Hi everyone, we had our AOS interview late last month. We were asked to mail my immunization records before a decision will be made. I mailed them yesterday. Does any of you know if we will be informed if they have received the documents? Will there be an e-mail or text message similar to the "Case Received" we got when we first sent the AOS package? What's the usual timeline for an update after sending the additional documents?
Thank you all very much!
