  1. Not yet but hopefully soon after my interview this June. ;) Wish me luck am a little nervous though ;)

wow, God bless! I know you can do it, we've been thru a lot already from visa processing until we get here, so don't worry I know that you will also be able to make it during interview. :) ajah!

BTW, did you still submit the I-693 form together with your vaccination document from SLEC?

  2. Hi Chaseme,

Yes i did that. Since I have two first names and don't want to remove any of it (ex of single name: Mary Jane Garcia Reyes ; married name : Mary Jane Reyes Scott), I really put it in all my paperworks including the one at Social Security Administration right after I got married. I made them known that I want my first two names on it ;)

thank you very much :) sweet01,

How long did you get your green card?

Chaseme, not trying to hijack your thread but thought it is relevant since you also need self employment info.

  4. Hello everyone,

I need your help please, I am in the process of filing for AOS and I am a K1 visa holder. I have a question regarding the I-131 Application for Travel Document, Do I really need to have a date and place to put in the form or can I just leave it blank? Because the thing is that I am planning to go back to my own country but not until next year and i have no specific date yet. :(

I hope you will be able to help me with this.

    Thank you

  5. I just wanted to thank you both again. I was really panicked about this. They allowed her to take the physical and she is there now. Waiting foe a long time but that problem was solved. You guys saved my life.

    Your welcome ;)

We are happy to help... I've been there last month... But its all worth it. I am flying to the u.s this coming march to be with my fiance ;)

You too will be able to make it. God bless

  6. In my case, the. CO told me on the spot that i am approved :)

    Interview date : jan 27, 2015

Ceac case stat: admin processing from jan 7-feb 03

Ceac case stat: issued FEB 03

    Visa on hand: Feb 6.2015

    Patience is really a virtue.

  7. do the petitioner needs to send the original divorce decree or just photocopy of it during interview

This does not apply to me however, based on my friend who is divorced whos with me during the interview, she submitted a scanned copy of the divorce decree.

And take toilet paper tissue if you are a user. SLEC is not big on supplying the CR.

    Lol ;)

  8. All you need in st. Lukes are the ff.

    Passport

2pcs Photocopy of passport (front page only where you can see your photo and info details)

    2/2 visa pictures

    Appointment confirmation

    St.lukes online registration

    Letter from NVC where MNLcase#

    - nvc letter usually would take time for you to recieve it, so you can just screenshot the confirmation from ceac.state.gov thats says "READY" because it reflects your MNLcase#
