chibest got a reaction from StaROI in Father's last name is different on my birth certificate
    Goodday.
I am a US citizen, i will like to fill a concurrent form 130/485 for my both parents.
Some years ago my dad change his last name due to some family reasons but we the children did not change our last name. They have been marriage traditionally for year before we the children was born but only went for Court wedding last year, so their marriage certificate has their new last name on it. Am about to filled for them, their last name on my birth certificate is different from their legal name now.
They both have an affidavit of the change of name... but i am confused if the affidavit will be accepted by USCIS.
Please any advice will be deeply appreciated.
NB: They have both visited me in the US two(2) time now.
    Thanks
