Ok so I wake up this morning to find that the case before mine and the case after mine has been approved.... What the hell... How is that fair?

So is there anyone here that is still waiting for a NOA2 from before the 11th?

Due to the lack of communication from my lawyer with me, I have decided to go down the congressmen route to get at least some movement.

Lets see what happens from here.

Really starting to get annoyed with the whole thing. I have still not got my NOA2 and I dont see any reason as to why I wouldn't have it.

Any ideas?

where you check your own case status

go on the uscis case status page.. type in your reciept number and count backwards

Well, I am basing it on some data analysis that I have done. Just look at the case numbers either side of yours... Technically the ones before you should be done. So say if yours ends in 25... if you look at 24, 23, 22, to see which has been processed then you should guestimate how far in the queue you are. Mine ends in 16... 15 hasn't been done but 14 has. It got done of the 26th June, which was a week Friday. So I am guessing that the person who was doing our applications took the week off for 4th July, and should be back today.

If that makes any sense

Well hopefully my theory will be proven right today....

My thoughts.. the person who was assigned the start of the month of December has gone on Annual Leave.... They will be back on Monday hopefully.

I really wish I knew where in the system our form is. We are NOA 11th Dec and heard diddly squat.

My lawyer says I cant even open a case inquiry.

Just a question.. When can i open a case file inquiry? My NOA1 Date is 11th December. I have done the Math, and they are now overdue... Can I open a file today or do I have to wait until they release their next figures?

I talked to a guy at uscis on the phone yesterday and he basically said the same, something like "your case is still in the normal timeline, which means it will be processed within the next 2.5-3 months."

I can see where you are coming from, but my only issue with that is some people who filed in December are already being pushed through, and my own lawyer has said that it will come through any day.

I can only hope though.

I think the VJ estimates are on point though. Looking at all the data that is out there, I am thinking it is any day. My issue is that the USCIS wont even talk to us. Which i find is really annoying

I don't think I can wait until Mid September!!! I am going nuts!
