My darling Mr. has a 13 year old record (he was 17 when convicted and imprisoned) with no other arrests to date. He had his B2 visa appointment in London in November and was recommended for approval for a 12 month multiple re-entry visa to the US...we should hear back from the US authorities in March or April or so the interviewer explained to him. We think his went positively because a) he was 100% honest and b) the interviewer saw that his crimes were committed when he was a juvenile over a decade ago.
