    Hi VJ member... Yesterday was our interview for AOS. I am a december filer... We were late almost an our coz we missed the place... Interview place is at Fresno Ca... My husband and I were so exhausted for we only had a couple hours of sleep but its all worth it... I started to panic coz we were late but I just tried to calm down and relax coz maybe this is for good too... Anyways we arrived there waited for 15mins to be called.. Then the IO asked me why I was late we told her the truth... Then she say she will try to squeeze us in or if not we had to come back around 2pm... My schedule was 9am my kids 10:30am... Arrived there 10:20am but then after few minutes she came back and ask us to join her... She made us sworn then ask basic question about my infor and my husband's info... Ask the latest 2014 tax return, any joint documents. Ask my kids name and if they go to school.After that she made us separate ask me question about the size of our bed and where the kids sleep. Schedule of my job and whats the name, asked whos cooking. Very basic. Then she call my husband just 2mins. I return inside the room and she said. Your expecting your card will be delievered 1-2mons. She was such a nice lady... Im so thankful to God. Finally we did it...

    in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

    Im december filer and my interview will be on may 6... Just curious about the requirements... My husband loses his last job and now he is self employed... What do he need to submit to prove his income... When we file our AOS he still have his job... I am also currently working do I have to provide 2mons pay stab or just a letter from my employee... Also we dont deposit our money to our join account... We just have little...do we still have to provide bank statement? We do have our debit cards...utility bills... Gym registration anc letter from a bank shows that he added me into his account... Would that be enough? We got pictures together from the last 3years would that help? Thank You hope you can gimme some advice...

    Just got un update for our case...

    My status change from " Received Fingerprint" to " Interview Scheduled"

    My Interview is on May 6...

    I was guessing to receive something this week and now i finally have a date for an interview Prayers really powerful...
