Hi, my Brother who is a US Citizen has filed 1-130 form(without I 485) for my mother while she is in US on B1/B2 visa. Her return flight is on January 8, 2015. Can she extend her stay if I-130 gets approved? Do we need to do anything/inform anywhere that she is extending her stay because her I-130 got approved. We are planning to file I-485 alongwith the affidavit of support once I-130 gets approved but not sure if my mother can extend her stay or if she needs to come back to India if a) I-130 gets approved b) decision on I-130 is still pending. Any help would be greatly appreciated.TIA

thanks for all the responses. we have sent I 485 alongwith all the affidavit of support but unable to find the tax return document of year 2013...
will it be a problem if they dont recieve the tax document (have sent the previous year's tax returns and bank statements)? CPA who filed the taxes is out of country and we have no way to get it before my mother's I94 expires? Could somebody please guide me if there are any other solutions or if this will pose a problem?
2. While submitting I485, I have filled wrong Expiration date of I-94(available online), by mistake. However, I have sent a copy of I-94 from the website alongwith I485. Would it be a problem as I provided the wrong information? Should I try contacting USCIS to inform them that it was by mistake?
