Guys,

I mailed the 1-751 packet for my wife this week. Going thru my filing paperwork I realised that in my absentmindedness I forgot to add some of the evidence. Things that I forgot to add: our bank statements, a letter from health insurance cmpany showing her on my insurance and our tax returns.

Things I did send: copy of her green card, copy of passport, some of our photos together, airline tickets when we went on vacation/family events, affidevits from friends, Birth certificate of our son.

So my question is what should I do since basically all the evidence showing financial relationship was not send? Can I still send it with as an addition with a new cover letter before I get a RFA? I think I remeber someone doing this with their original k-1 packet.

We are getting ready to file I-751 for my wife. Her conditional GC expires in mid january. I know we are cutting it close. I had some medical issues that took too much of our attention. The packet is going out before the end of the year. but, I am currently a little confused on the Affidevits from friends. Do these need to be sworn (in front of notary) like the VJ example (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?autocom=custom&page=examples) or just a simple letter from friends addressing USCIS with info about themselves, us and their signature. It seems there is contradictory information out there regarding this. Anyone, please clarify!!!
