Got an e-mail yesterday midnight that the passport has been mailed to me. Paid overnight but i haven't received yet. This morning i also received an e-mail and it is saying printed. I don't get it. Do they provide a USPS tracking number to check ? First e-mail it is mailed, Second one is it is printed. Its kind of confusing.

Hello,
Is the travel plans section on passport application required ?
Thanks
-
City and State section should be oath place and rest you can fill out before. I filled out at the oath place everything took less than 1 minute.

I became a US Citizen and after the oath I wen to SSA office to update my status. They told me to wait 10 days. One of my friend updated when she got the certificate. I guess some offices act different. Should I apply for the passport without updating the Social security ?
Any advice ?

Should we also fill out the back of the Oath letter before or the same day of the ceremony ?
-
Hi,
I received the oath ceremony letter and it doesn't say that I should be there before 1 hour or minutes ? Should I go there 30-min before ?
Thanks

I made a service inquiry after 3-months of the N-400 interview(passed the test, decision cannot be made). It is saying on paper 120 days. I just received a mail for inquiry response and it says you should receive a decision or other notice within 60-90 days of this notice. So I don't know what to do about this case. Any advice ?

I filed for I-751 in February 2014 and it has been pending since then for 19 months. In April 2015, I was eligible to file for N-400 based on 3-year rule. Yesterday, I received an N-400 interview letter with the date of October 16. What should I bring to the interview besides what are stated in the interview notice? Do I need to bring all the documents since the beginning of our marriage? I had submitted everything when I filed I-751 but not sure if it would be better to bring these documents again.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
What is the outcome of the interview ?

Are you already recommended for approval? Is this from the N-652 form? It says there you have a right to request a hearing if USCIS has not made a determination 120 days after the interview.
Which to me I think you can request for an InfoPass appointment to inquire on a status of your application. Or maybe call the NCSC first and check if they recommend scheduling an InfoPass? Unless you're referring to a different document altogether that explicitly states 120 days before scheduling an InfoPass.
Decision cannot be made paper given to me. I called them and they opened a service request. I couldn't wait 120 days because there is no single update.

I do have a same situation and I already had my N-400 interview. I-751 is still pending from the last year. I brought all documents but officer didn't even asked me a single file. Interview took 10 minutes, Passed the test decision cannot be made yet paper handed.. Officer was nice. It has been more than 3-months after the N-400 interview. I just called the 1-800 number and spoke with Tier 2 officer. They opened a service request for N-400.

Hi,
It has been 90 days after the N-400 Interview and I couldn't hear nothing yet. It says on the paper 120 days. Should I make infopass to find out ? or I should wait for 120 days.
Thanks

So I am in same boat too. Are your cases in the Field office or Service Centers ?

I had the interview on June and passed the test. It took like 10 minutes and IO handed me decision cannot be made yet paper. He was nice. It has been 3 months there is no single update. In addition to this I have I-751 is pending almost 1 year and 3 months. They forgot me I guess.

I made 1 time SR and It was saying that 180 days. Didn't hear nothing its already passed the 180 days. How many days did they told you with the first SR ? and Where is your case local office?

Anyone here still waiting like me ?

Hello,
I do have case pending for I-751 (1 year and 2 months). I sent to VSC on June 2014. There was a overload and they sent to CSC. The last update was on November 2014 that it is transferred to CSC. Online status says Case received local office. Thats fine. There is no single update after that time. I sent a service inquiry Feb 2015. They responded as 180 days receipt of the e-mail date. 180 days passed.
I filed N-400 on March 2015 while I-751 is pending. Had the interview on June 2015. Passed the test and everything was smooth. Decision cannot made yet paper handed by Officer. 2 months passed for N-400 too.
I am asking you guys : What should I do ? It is obvious that I-751 is pending for a long time without a single notice. I really do not want to make another inquiry for it to receive the same answer. My attorney says wait for 1 more month. She is taking so slow and trying to get more money for her time.
What are my options ? Which case should I do something ? I need your advises.

Wow, you are the only case I've heard like this on VJ.
I did meet a guy in the airport in Miami who was a PR like me. His ROC process was taking years (yes, years) with USCIS losing his case info twice and then stalling. He turned around and sued them and won and had his green card a week after winning the case. As "retaliation", every time he re-enters the US, he gets called into a TSA office for "questioning". At least that was his story. I had no reason to disbelieve it as he was called away from our line. I saw him in baggage claim later on so I know he wasn't detained. How annoying!
I did the same thing. Filed N-400 while I-751 is pending over a year. I had the N-400 interview almost a month ago passed the test but decision cannot be made. It didn't force the I-751 case still waiting both cases are open. I made a service request for I-751 beginning of this year they responded as It will take 6 months. Called the number they also say the same thing if it is over 6 months they told me I can make another service request
. No single mail from the last year.
Worst part is waiting. It is extremely outside of normal processing and no single update. When you call or make infopass same answers.

Any news from I-751 or did you make a service request ?

Hello everyone,
Anyone still waiting as June 2014 filer or am I the only one ? My case is not moving since November, 2014. I made a service request beginning of the this year it was saying 180 days receipt of the e-mail. It has been more than a year.
-
Should I contact with U.S. Congressman ? Any advise will be appreciated.
-
When was it transferred to your local office ?
I am in the same boat.

I had the N-400 interview on beginning of June while I-751 is pending. Everything was smooth passed the test and Officer gave ''decision can't made letter''. He didn't ask anything (passport, id or any other document). He just go over the Yes/No question on the paperwork and made me sign pictures and papers after the interview. He also told me beginning of the interview I-751 is open. I was hoping to have concurrent interview but it didn't happen.
I-751 case is pending over a year. I made an infopass before the N-400 interview because extension letter was expiring and got stamp on the passport. This is based on 3-year rule. When we filed the I-751 interview, we sent to Vermont then they transferred to CSC because of the workload. After that I didn't receive any single letter for it. Online status shows Case received to my local office from the last year but we didn't receive that it is transferred to field office letter. I made a service request one time but the email says wait 180 days notice of the e-mail.
After N-400 interview nothing change on Online status.
I-751 June, 2014 filed
N-400 March, 2015 filed
I have an attorney but she says it is normal
Anyone had the same experience or any recommendations ?
