So did you file all the forms with your married name? Did you mention your previous name along with married name in your forms? Did you go to fingerprints already?

I'm adjusting from tourist visa and I have already ID, bank account and social security number but it says valid with work authorization so if I get work authorization it will not change anything for me. All it has my maiden name on it.

So if I do infopass appointment I will have to go to the same place where I did my fingerprints?

Actually I've asked uscis worker if I can just bring marriage certificate later she said I can't bring it to the place where I've had my fingerprints only to the interview. In case if they print green card after interview I could tell officer that I want to change my last name in the gc. If I get work authorization with my maiden last name it would be ok. Or you think I should make infopass appointment?

I have a problem: I want to change my last name, I filled all the forms with my new last name but I didn't bring my marriage certificate to the fingerprints so they did my fingerprints under my maiden last name. So will it effect my case? I was trying to get answers from the uscis worker who was doing my fingerprints but she couldn't give me clear answer. She just said my work authorization will be under my maiden name and green card might too....Im not worried about it now Im just worried if it effect my case in general....Thank you for answers!
