I was wondering whether we can request, through FOIA, about CBP officer's notes regarding some of my previous trips to secondary inspections. Last few years I was frequently pulled into secondary because they claim I've had a SEVIS number (to be clear, I was never on F-1 status, the number was generated by a university which admitted me, but I decided to not attend). Every time they questioned me about have I ever been a student (F-1) in the U.S. etc. I am curious if there are any bad records left there.
