  1. HI Re&Ni! Did the IO gave you a piece of paper or something? Where is your interview?

During my interview, IO didn't asked my husband a question just me or even asked our joints documents or picture. I have to wait 120 days before making any inquiry.

No Paper. the IO just send us out and told us to wait for a letter. I call a few times. Now we are out of the processing time. So they make a Inquiry, told me to wait that i should have any notice in a 15 to 30 days If the 30days pass and we didnt receive nothing i should call again. so pass 30 days i didnt receive nothing. i contact them. First they told me that was send a email. but i didnt receive. I thought that was something wrong. send just email. no letter or update in the website. I lost that call, and on my second call they told me that was nothing send to me, no email was send. that the case still pending, so i need to do a infopass. but they dont have date available

  2. Has been 6 weeks.

I call the uscis. And they told me the same thing that is on the web site that I'm may they schedule my interview for June 23.

And she ask my local office and date of receive that was December 18 2015. So she told that is on the processing time. Because they are on December 12.

So she told me to give a couple week.

But what I find funny that on processing time says that : as May 31 the processing time is December 12. If they don't update. I could be on the processing time for a while. Is that correct

  3. After the interview was finish the agents told was that we should wait for a letter.

All the time in the interview. She was saying that IF you are aprove you shoul do this and that... And she didn't question a lot or ask for different kinds of proof. I was the one that told If she want to see this or that, and I talk about pictures and she was already up. Looking that the interview was over and since I talk about picture she ask to see. We could not know or feel that we were aprove. But has been more than 3 week and nothing. No letter or no update. This could mean something. How long we should wait. What we should do.

  4. Let me ask. Are you sure when she leaves hers EOS Will be abandoned and she can't be denied? Because that was not what happened to me. In 2004 I left a month after I applied for extension and they send a letter asking for more information before actually denied, but I was not around to USA to answer and a few months later came de denied later. That some one send to me. Because I was not in America any more. Ok. I though that was fine. Because I left before denied. And before unlawfully presence. Now that is my question. The months that was in the Èos will be count as overstayed? Because now I am aswering some papers that ask me if I ever was unlawfully present or overstayed. I 100% that I did not was unlawfully and I have the letters dated and the ticket from my return before those laters, but now I not sure if I was considered overstayed. Any one Know that answer.

It's perfectly fine for her to leave the US while the EOS is pending. Her EOS application will automatically be abandoned. She would not have accrued any unlawful presence in her time in the US, and her visa is not affected.

In fact, by leaving while the EOS is pending, she avoids the risk that it's denied while she's still here, in which case she would start accruing unlawful presence, and her visa will be voided.

  6. I am not upset for those routed. I Just sad for all those still waiting is been more then 200 days. I think maybe some of November. Maybe october are or will be transfer. Could be december and even January, we just didnt know yet. Or i didn saw.

I VERY happy for those are luck. And is Good To kNOW that even with The routed cases California still running and doing a good job. Hope that they still going that way.

  7. Some people just hit the jackpot. March filer that was routed are already getting the NOA2. In less than 15 days. Those are the luckiest people. We rush to file last year. Trying To be fast afraid of after february things could be worse because of the DACA WAS supposedly TO start. And was the opposit Who is doing now is getting IN the front of the line. Nice! What about all the people who file last year and still waiting. Since september thru December. I pretty sure that still some september WITHOUT a noa2.

  8. OK for all of you thinking you are still in line and nothing has changed, let me explain something about what I see in this process that bears watching with the new announcement.

I look at this like we are in a line at Disneyland (mind you Disney would never put up with this) and there are two lines for two rides that are exactly the same that sit side by side. Now one ride only takes people from 25 states that are in the south and east of the US. This ride has a problem and can only take so many riders each hour. So as people line up, the line seems to get longer since more people join the ride line than riders going on the ride. So this ride line has been getting longer by the day

Next to it is a second ride that takes people from 25 states in the Midwest and West. This ride has a very efficient crew and seems to be able to keep its line very low and it seems that as soon as you get in line, you get on the ride. This ride now is going to take people from the ride next to it. Where they pick people from the line is open for debate. It seems that they have chosen the last people in line so far. If so... that still is not bad for us in line because.....

...what nobody is looking at is the fact that there are people who have a "Special Pass" that allows them to cut the line, in fact they can cut both lines on both rides. These Special Passes are given to those who have a rider from the Philippines. They have had this pass for the last 2 years and when you analyze it... about 15-20% of ALL riders are from here and get to cut the line always on both rides.

SO... if the plan is (as some suspect) to shift all the new riders from the slow ride to the fast one... I am OK with that as long as they shift over the Special Pass people too. If they do that, then the capacity for all of us in the slow line goes 15-20% faster even if we are doomed to stay in line.

So key to me... watch what happens to the Philippine applications filed at TSC. If they are all shifted, then we can reduce our wait times by 15 to 20% even if they never transfer any of us standing in line.

Good Luck to all in line on the Black Hole of Texas Ride

Well said. But hope all the special pass go to the other line. The thing is that we don't kNOW how they will do. HOW that will works. The only thing that we can't do now is waiting hiphone for the best. And who had faith IN something start to pray for whatever YOU belive. I just want to start my LIFE. My family. Try to get pregnante with my Soon to be husband by my Side.

  9. I've heard from a recent German filer (as in NOA-1 date 03/27/15) who filed from the same state as me and my fiance did (New Jersey), that they were also routed straight to CSC and got a WAC number. So, more cases coming to light that should have gone to TSC but now go to CSC and get assigned WACs...

I wonder what this means for the rest of us. It means the new filers hit the jackpot - of course we will have to see how much and if this slows CSC down but what happens to the rest of us? Next week will be very interesting...

God, I wish I had some faith in the system...my cynical self thinks that the old cases will just stay at TSC and will be forgotten there.

  10. No updates, case status changes or the like for me. Now we'll have to wait until next week for news. Happy for anyone who escapes TSC, but very frustrated today too...

Me too. Just waiting To see What will happen. Will be sad TO see all those people getting the noa2 before a lots of people that still waiting mote than 5 month. Sorry. But Thats is what i think. Happy for then. But sorry for the rest of us. Hope that some real transfer will happen for next week.

  11. I don't understand when they request a proof that the couple will get married in 90 days.

The person is required to hold a ceremony with party, booking a venue, choose a catering and everything???. and if the person plans is not any of that. and if the person plan is only go to city hall and get married, Just sign the paper get together with some family and friend and later go to honeymoon Or whatever? Because how can You HAVE a plan for tradicional wedding party with YOU don't now when You be able to attend your own wedding. how can we HAVE a wedding date with we don't HAVE the day that the visa will be granted?

  12. It's possible Expedite k1 visa due petitioner health issue. My fiance is all by himself going thrue a dificult time. He even is thinking To get out of his job. He is just hold on the job because of the k1 visa. But is getting VERY hardy. I even thinking that will may be better he drop everything the way it is and move To here so i can take care of him. But he is afraid because he has his insurence there in usa and has his doctors and they are not allowing him To travel not even To just visit me. And all that is making him more sick
